At Paint Pros MA, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials, offering you peace of mind with our comprehensive warranty.

Our warranty covers against peeling, chipping, or blistering of the newly applied paint or stain as a result of poor workmanship. It is limited to the original contract value and encompasses both labor and materials provided by Paint Pros MA. Valid on projects utilizing top-quality professional-grade coverings such as Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint®, Duration®, Emerald™, or equivalents.

Warranty Claims:

Claims can be submitted year-round, with those received before September 1st addressed within the same calendar year. Requests received after September 1st may be processed in the subsequent exterior season. Property inspections will be scheduled during the exterior season determined by Paint Pros MA.

Requirements for Claimant:

To initiate a warranty claim, claimants must furnish a copy of the original signed contract, contact Paint Pros MA promptly upon identifying a defect within the warranty period, provide proof of full payment for the contract, and make the property accessible to our contractors and subcontractors for necessary work. Warranty requests are only accepted from homeowners.

Warranty Work Performed:

In the event of a claim, Paint Pros MA will prepare the failed area to the level specified in the contract, repair peeling, chipping, or blistering paint exclusively within the area of failure, and complete the necessary work during the exterior paint season determined by Paint Pros MA, but no later than September 30th. Repairs will be conducted at no additional labor, overhead, or materials cost to the customer.

Exclusions:

Our warranty does not cover painting where the client supplies paint or materials, client-performed labor, or failed areas resulting from previous coating failure, water damage, moisture damage, or ground contact damage, among other exclusions outlined in our terms.

Limitations:

This limited warranty constitutes the sole express warranty by Paint Pros MA and supersedes all other warranties, express or implied. Paint Pros MA shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages exceeding the original contract price.

Legal Rights:

This warranty provides specific legal rights, which may vary by jurisdiction. It may not be altered or extended unless done so in writing by all parties to the contract.

Initiating a Warranty Claim:

For all warranty requests, contact Paint Pros MA to schedule a property inspection. Claims must be submitted in writing via email or letter, including the Job Number, Full Name, Address, and Contact Information.
